GUIDE application

At initial release, the PC development environment (GUIDE) was only distributed through the Microsoft Store. Grayhill no longer maintains the version in the Microsoft Store and will soon be unavailable. GUIDE is now available as an installable package and the latest version can be downloaded here.
Account
An account is not needed to use GUIDE to develop Touch Encoder Projects or to update firmware/projects to a Touch Encoder device. The account is needed to utilize the Premium version of the tool which unlocks all of the available tools and visual elements. For an overview of the Premium features offered in GUIDE, click here. The Premium version is available for purchase by contacting your local Grayhill sales representative and asking about Premium GUIDE, part number T1PR1024-1. Customers will need to provide an email address to Grayhill so that a GUIDE account can be created, please provide this email address to your Grayhill sales representative at time of purchase. The process of creating an account only takes a few minutes and confirmation should be provided within a day.
GUIDE Premium
Beyond the base toolset available to everyone from GUIDE in the Microsoft Store, Grayhill offers additional features and tools with GUIDE Premium, which is a paid service. Please contact your Grayhill sales representative for more information. Once payment is received, Grayhill will create an account with the email that was submitted at the time of purchase that can be used to log into GUIDE and unlock the additional features. A confirmation email will be sent from grayhill.developer@gmail.com which will contain the email and password to be used during login. Remember to check junk folders if the email is not received within 5 days of payment. Once this email has been received, follow the steps here to login.
